We’ve developed an efficient and highly effective system that allows us to defend all types of family law appeals on a relatively affordable flat-fee structure:
- To defend an appeal of up to 3 distinct issues: $11,000
- For each additional distinct issue (puruit or defense): $3,000
- To defend a petition to the Texas Supreme Court (this is rare): $8,500
Initial Consultation: Before we accept your case and proceed on our flat fee structure, we will have a short consultation about the issues. The flat fee for this consultation is $375.00. We do not offer free consultations.
