Kay Arasin received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and her law degree from Vanderbilt University. She is passionate about practicing family law because it affords her an opportunity to help families through some of their most difficult moments. Kay’s parents divorced when she was a child, and experiencing the chaos divorce created in her family made Kay determined to be the strong yet compassionate advocate that she had wished both her parents.
During law school, Kay Arasin participated in the Youth Opportunity Clinic, advocating for children navigating all aspects of the legal system. She also completed an independent research paper regarding the “Troubled Teen Industry.”
In undergrad, Kay was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta sorority and a founding member and Co-President of South Carolina Model United Nations.
Kay is a member of the Austin Young Women’s Alliance and the Austin Young Lawyer’s Association.
Kay is committed to excellent client relationships. She enjoys being a fierce ally, a level-headed advisor, and an empathetic listener and firmly believes that all three have roles have a place in family law litigation.
